Q: Can a person file case under Article 21 in case of danger to life

I had tried everything from high court to lower crt but the Acussed is a very powerful person with high profile links. So it seems that he is not arrested. So I came to know that in Art 32 one can file in Art 32 for ur fundamental violations and Art 21 right to life were my life is also in danger. Though my case is pending before the sessions crt and it is taking much time. So can I file in the Apex crt my case in Art 32?

Yes. U have to this writ petition very in initially stage of ur matter. When police not lodge FIR and the court is also not entertain ur matter u have to file it. But sir what is ur matter can u fully it discribe it as to we give u a good opinion

I am getting property as,an ancestral share against legal heirs,with mutual understanding with other legal heirs.

Q: What to do if someone file police compliant

i am from mumbai, someone file police complaint against me in delhi ,for cheque bounce, my advocate visit police station give written what matter actually, when police contact who gave complaint he is not responding , now a days police told me come delhi and give me written in personally and they want interrogation so what to do? can i have to go delhi? or any other way.

Sirji what is the matter clear it. If the cheque is bounce then that complaint is goes to the court and it is a private complaint. Under which section the complaint is lodge at police station pls clerify it i vl give full advice on it

Q: Is it legal to accept divorce notice by speed post from against party

As I am stuck with divorcee case, My sister comes to my home after her husband beat her and forced to leave home, then she comes back to our house, later 14 days her in-law send a divorcee petition by lawyer thru speed post which we did not sign due to no one present and went back to origin place, Is it right to not accept it?

No sir it is wrong. As per the law the knowledge of the matter is sufficient then that notice is sent tO u by speed post or courier it does't matter. U have to received it and gave answer of that notice from ur lawyer

Q: Purchase of agricultural land in the name of company

I want to buy Agricultural land and want to know if we can buy in company name ? If yes, then do we need to apply for some permission ?

Yes u can purchase the agriculture land in ur company's name. U have to prepare a proposal as to why and what pur purpose u have to buy it and submite it to the collector of that district and obtain permission from him and the department concern environment officer etc.
