Hi,
If your wife is residing with her parents then you have a right under section 9 of hma whereby you can seek restitution of conjugal rights. Incase, she doesn't come over then you may initiate divorce proceedings on the very ground.

you have various legal remedies available as per the Hindu Marriage Act. you have to decide whether you want her back or you want to file for divorce and what other attrocities have been extended to you or your family and the same with her
