You can move an application for dismissal of the divorce petition filed by your partner if she's not coming on dates. And if the situation is unsecure then rather stretching the relationship you should opt for mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in maximum of six months.

If wife is not coming then the case will be dismissed on the grounds uncontested.. that means no divorce for you.. incase u want it then you can make your submissions that divorce be granted but not on the grounds your wife wanted but on your grounds.. so any case balk is in your court for divorce.. but has she filed any other case too.. like maintenance or domestic violence.. please do check on that

Hello. If a case has been submitted by wife and she has stopped appearing then there is a question whether you would like to divorce your wife or not. Because if your wife has stopped appearing then the case will be dismissed in default.
