Divorce case filed second time by husband and first is not decided.

HellonMy husband files one divorce case and I got it transferred to my city which is still on goingNow he has filed another divorce case again and got it ex party decided.And he filed a petition in high court too to get his new divorce case finalised in 6 months.

second divorce case is totally void and the value of such types of cases is zero your husband also cheat the court and court may the order of FIR against your husband in 420 ipc on the ground of that if one case is pending before any court and the circumstances of the case is same then if any party filled second case it is a crime and that type of cases are void.

Aap kahan rahte ha or apke husband ne kahan apke khilaf divorce case file kiya tha. agar apke husband ne phir se divorce case file kiya ha to apko bhi is court me appeared hokar jawab dena chahiye or husband ke khilaf 340crpc me ek application court me file karna chahiye. ek hi action or remedy ke liye 2 case nahi file kiye ja sakte ha ye kanooni apradh ha.
