Got an registered marriage in 2019 june without parents consent and got separated and after 2yearsi in 2022 got married and lived with the person for hardly 4months and due to harrassment and mental torture left spouse house and now it's been 3years not together want a divorce
If marriage registered and you don’t want to wish to continue your matrimonial life you can file a divorce petition on various grounds including desertion in your case so kindly approach any advocate and brief the situation and get a clear understanding

Get issue a legal notice if you can trace out his address otherwise directly file Divorce case on the last known address and then get permission of the Court for Paper Publication. Thus, he may be placed ex-parte. You may get divorce easily if you are able to convince the Court that he voluntarily deserted you about three years back and during his stay committed cruelty.
