Divorce by consent - help needed

If a marriage is approx 2 year old and divorce is by mutual consent, how long will it take to get the divorce and also we don’t want to stay together for6 mnths aa per the court condition.. please suggest what can be done inthis scenario
Ps we have a hindu marriage anf our marriage is not registered yet.

hello client as you are saying tht in your query tht you and your want to have mutual divorce as both of you are not at all.ready to live together any more as you also want to the wavier of 6 month cooling period as well.
