Dear Client,
This is on your will and wish that if you want to stay separately or together under one roof. Court would not have objection if no such order has been passed in this regard, while pending case at court.

Hi,
In this regard, you may move an application before the Hon'ble Court to waive off the statutory 6 months period in lieu of the latest Supreme Court judgement.
It depends on the discretion of the Hon'ble Court to either dispose off or dismiss the said application.
For more information, feel free to have a word with me. All the best.
