I want divorce from my husband. Because I think he has extra marital affair,,,,
Dear Madam,
you may get divorce legally by the court, but for this you will have to give proof for his Extra marital affair , only your thinking would not be supportive. you need to have some solid proof to produce in the court.
Hence if you can prove better in the court, not only verbally but on some recording photos, clips of their intimate situations , some persons who saw or can say all about, and many more. pls. consult for the same in detail for your needful

If you want divorce from your husband then you may move a petition under section 13 of Hma and further, on what ground divorce can be taken has to be seen with respect to facts and circumstance of the case.

in court, you will have to prove how you know about the extra-marital affair. extra-marital affair is not a crime now as per the judgment of the supreme court but it is still a ground for divorce. you can proceed accordingly
