Hi,
I need to know whether alimony/maintenance amount is applicable to working lady from her husband??Also is it possible to apply for child maintenance as well?
if the wife is having sufficient income to her own needs then the husband shall not be duty bound to pay maintenance
as regards the child the husband is also liable partly to meet the day today expenses of the child only of they are minors /unmarried females having mo income
otherwise the husband need not pay any maintenance
