Daughter in law is of aggressive,and believes in doing work according to her will,senior citizen's are living and in a joint family,Daughter in law does not follow the traditions and culture of senior citizens and all gets irritated and gets aggressive,Daughter in law has been told several times but she do according to her will and says we know many advocates,senior citizen's of age 62 t0 90years of age are living in a joint family ,Daughter in law conveys all talks to her father suggest adv

prefer counseling. why to take the personal matters into court. all these kinds of issues can be solved through counselling or mediation. sharing family matters with her father is undoubtedly a wrong thing but being an advocate I suggest that both the parties should get the opportunity to be heard.

Namste, you can file a case of harassment. you can also file a complaint against the daughter in-law and other people. You can take a help of women poloce in your nearest area. Whenever daughter in-law started to abuse you n senior citizens, you can file a police complaint as soon as possible. and her.m Adv Khevna Reshamwala

for this kind of behaviour make her understand first, and tell her to not behave like that if she changes her behaviour that's okay but if no change seen in her behaviour than u can file domestic violence case against her
