custody of 6 months old child and threatening by father to take baby

hello sir/mam,i has been married since 6 years,due to some financial issues i stay at my parents house after my delivery since aug2023,i don't want to go to inlaw place as there is no mental peace.my husband now with my mother in law mental torture me.abuse me Nd my parents nd always threatened me i will snatch baby at age of ,2.he says it very confidentiality.i want to know can he do so,on what basis he can do it we both are post graduate and dentist.

dear client as per your query I'm not able to give the proper answer to you as you itself is not clear with what you want to do for the future as both are competent enough if you want to continue with your marriage life or not as this u have to decide as no one can take your baby without your consent as supreme court judgement is in your favour do take firm decision as you have to take for both of you and your child for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

Hello ma'am, ur husband and in-laws torture u in both ways physically and mentally. In this case u filled a complaint against them in SSP of ur district. Filed a case of domestic violence and dowery case.

there is no an chance to take your baby from you by ur husband
you are living ur parent house by ur choice
if ur in laws threatens you then its depend on you that where you want to live peacefully
its ur right
future of baby is also one of factors in this matter
