Patni ne jhoothi marpit or jhoothi dahej pratha ka complaint police chauki me mere or pariwar ke khilaaf karwaya tha 7 mahina pahle or usi samay ghar pr kisi na rhne pr wo apne pariwar ko bulake ghar ka sara saman lekr farar ho gai.. police ne f.i.r mera darj nhi kiya...vakil sir uske dwara kiya gya jhoothi complaint jo 7 mahina phle police chauki m ki thi uska maanya rhega yaa nhi qki aaj 7 mahina ho chuke h or pidit mai or mera pariwar hai...salah dijiye

patni has filed a case against you you can file a petition of cruelty under the Hindu maintenance act aap ke logo ko fasa Kiya zaroor 498 a ke under kara hain 7 mah ho Gaye abhi fir darj nahi huan to that is wrong the police is bound to register a fir

aap iske liye agar FIR nahin hui hai to aap iske liye do chij kar sakte hain agar aapko apni patni ko rakhna Hai to uske liye aap section 9 file kar sakte hain aur agar apni biwi ko aapko Apne Sath nahin rakhna hai to cruelty ke base per aap uske khilaf divorce file kar sakte hain

you can file FIR via 156(3) sec. directly through the megistrate and also file a petition under DV act. and you have to contest the case filed by your wife . and also please share the status of FIR filed by your wife . adhik jankari ke liye liye sampark karen.
