CrPc 125 main 30000 ka ex parte order

Hi. My wife filed a case under 125 in June 2013. I haven't appeared in case and Judge did the ex parte order of amount 30000. ( 10000 to wife and 20000 for daughter)
Wife provided ITR of year 2022 as a proof. She was housewife and education is Graduation
She was Graduated and Housewife
your wife filed a case under section 125 of the crpc. the judge did the exparte order of 30000 you can file avsuit for recalling the exparte order she had filed itr for proof of income you can also file a counter case
