Counter was passed by respondent against my petition for divorce
25-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Mine was love marriage. I married a widower. Later I found that he is womanizer, he used lot of woman. He never respected my parents . He verbally abused me lot if times. I applied divorce on the grounds of adultery and cruelty. His lawyer gave me a counter that I left him as my father brain washed me and for property of my dad I left him which was not at all true. I took the decision to left him because he cheated me and repeatedly asked a lot woman to send pics and videos.

what is your questions here ? if u have asked for the divorce, give ur statement in court with some other evidence as well , Definately u will get divorce. Nobody can force anyone to live together.
