counter case against wife again and again

my wife filed 498A,323,406 in Rajasthan in 2015. & it was found false, protest petition dismissed. Again she filed the case in 2018 of 498A and withdrew in 2022. now again in sep2018 she filed 498a,323,377in Sirsa haryana. I was in custody for 42days. on 7.2.2025 I have been acquitted by the sirsa court. plz tell me what case shall I file against her. I do job in Gurgaon
You can file a defamation suit under section 499 IPC .
Defamation suit will be filed directly to the court so you can file it with the help of a lawyer in gurgaon and the court may after giving it right consideration summon your wife for all the harassment she caused to you.
And can also sentence her to the maximum punishment of 2 years
