Q: Causing Death by driving on road
What will be the consequences if my car hits somebody on road and the person dies. What will be the punishment and is it compulsory for Jail imprisonment or fine is levied and case is closed. Thanks in advance

If the person has died , then you will be charged under section 304A IPC which is now 106 BNS.How ever it is a bailable offence So you will not have to go to jail for that But once the trial commence and if the judgment is against you then you can get imprisonment upto 5 years , so it’s better to hire a good and experience lawyer and for that you can on 9205 and 63 and 13 and 23.
Q: My 15 years son in jail since last 13 months
Mera 15 saal ka Ladka jiske upar jhutha pocso and 376DA laga hua hai. Ladki walo ne paise ke Lalach me case kiya hai. Court proof maag rahi hai. Unfortunately proof hamare pas nahi hai. Lekin proof ladki ke pas bhi nahi hai. Keval 164 ke bayan ke bharose mera bachcha fasa hua hai 13 mahine se. Medical me kuch bhi nahi hai. Q: Should i go for settlement in false 498a case
My wife filed false 498a and dv cases me and my father have taken bail in 498a she was demanding 5 lakh now she is ready for 3 lakh for one time settlement i have two year old girl child also with me she left her when my girl was 1 year old . I have not taken any dowry did love marriage in 2022 she lived 2 years with me and left . What is best? Court trial or one time settlement? Is this alimony okay i am employee with 16000 salary only

Hello sir, Well it all depends upon what you want Whether you want to fight the court cases or just have to get rid of your wife and that relationship But if you’ll really ask an expert legal opinion then I would really recommend you to prefer one time settlement and move on in your life otherwise court cases usually takes around 3-4 years minimum.So it’s better if your wife is agreeing on 3 lakhs as it is not a big amount compared to what wifes are asking these days. My advice for you would be to take a divorce and prefer the one time settlement option
Q: counter case against wife again and again
my wife filed 498A,323,406 in Rajasthan in 2015. & it was found false, protest petition dismissed. Again she filed the case in 2018 of 498A and withdrew in 2022. now again in sep2018 she filed 498a,323,377in Sirsa haryana. I was in custody for 42days. on 7.2.2025 I have been acquitted by the sirsa court. plz tell me what case shall I file against her. I do job in Gurgaon

You can file a defamation suit under section 499 IPC .Defamation suit will be filed directly to the court so you can file it with the help of a lawyer in gurgaon and the court may after giving it right consideration summon your wife for all the harassment she caused to you. And can also sentence her to the maximum punishment of 2 years
