confused about divorce various financial question s

My wife demanded 50 lakh alimony/ maintenance n I am govt employee with 60k salary home take n I have also 1 child of 2yr old but I don't have much cash n money can I request hon.court to take my new 1bhk flat of market value 30 lakh n I can get 20 lakh loan from bank on my salary or should remain quit till court reduce this amount Bcaz I don't want to for 2nd marriage but I want come out this case as early as possible ...veterans plzz advice

Your wife can demand for heavens also. However, it is the discretion of the Court whether to grant such alimony or not. It is your wife who has to prove as to whether she had such a lifestyle or not. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

Well, if you have evidences to show to the Court, that, your Wife is doing job or business and by doing that, she has been earning more than you or at least earning handsome salary, via which, she is able to take care of yourself, then in such a case, you do not have to end up paying Maintenance to her.
