first tell me about your date of marriage, how many children do you have?Arrange or love marriage? Qualifications of both ,are both working? Only clashes between u or dowry problem? Any violence with you from your husband or his family? Do either of you have extra material affairs??As a advocate we should know. If above all things are in your favour then we can file police case ,Domestic violence, maintenance and divorce suit in the family court

you should meet advocate or marriage counselor and take his help. if nothing is worked out even after that, you may opt for divorce by mutual consent if you both agree for that. terms can also be decided by both of you amicably

yes..if your husband unnecessary doubt on u and if he secretly kept recorder on ur room to record ur conversation then it's cruelty... cruelty is the main ground for divorce in Hindu marriage act section 13A..so u can file a application for divorce against your husband at upper court in sec 13A..

If your husband doubt on you any time and he always insulting you . you can fill divorce application in court . you can fill application in court in two places your father's city or your husband city court or if u live any other city where u can fill application in court
