Q: about divorce which taken without my permission

my husband give me divorce without my signature. i want my right and my life time revenge.

koyi bhi kisi ko bhi divorce court mai jaye bager nahi de sakta divorce dena bhi chahega to use court mai divorce application file karni padegi court jisko divorce dena chahta hai usko bhi bulayega and fir case chalega ka agar koyi valid reason hoga court tabhi divorce manjur kar sakta hai nahi to nahi karega. so without your signature your husband can't give u divorce

If your husband doubt on you any time and he always insulting you . you can fill divorce application in court . you can fill application in court in two places your father's city or your husband city court or if u live any other city where u can fill application in court

aap jaha rahti ho us city k court mai divorce application laga do and aap ko kis karan divorce chaihiye wo reason batao us k aadar pe aap court mai divorce application laga sakte ho and aap ka husband divorce Lana chahta hai ya ni aur Puri bat batao us k aadar per divorce ki kin kin tariko se le sakte ho wo jankari aap ko de skate hai

you can file a application of sections 97 CR.p.c. in lower or SDM court against your husband for the coustdy of your child and u should file a F.I.R. in section 406,498A,323 I.P.C. at your nearest police station and you file a application of domestic violence in section 12 against your husband and for cancellation of your husband's visa you will be able to try in ambassay.
