Clarifications on grounds to file for divorce

my cousin is married & wants divorce from her wife. she is not mentally ok.& now stayed with her parents home more within 2 years .but she wants to come back with her husband.but husband want divorce from her.how he get quickly divorce from her tell me that if married girl want to come with husband & husband wants the divorce. how can he get divorce quickly
Have you medical reports of her mentally disorder ?
And is she suffering before marriage ?
If your answer is yes above in question your cousin can go to court for divorce and provide it.
But no quickly divorce is possible when she is not ready for mutualy.

I need more information like from how much period she is suffering from mental disorder , whether the couple have an issue or not etc. But yes on medical ground he can get divorce. But he must have proof that his wife is not mentally fit.

no there is no way to get it quickly when one of the two parties from husband and wife is not ready for divorce. if both are ready then only you can get it quickly. but there are certain ways that you can only come to know when you personally consult a lawyer.
