Q: No maintenance to educated wife supreme court

if my wife educated mba also my wife can claim maintaince? and no alimony to educated wife with valid resoan like that she is capable to do job and earn suficiant for her daily need and my educations b.com

If your wife is educated and she is capable for earning and mentain her self she does not entitled for maintainance from her husband. But you did not informed she was in job or not previouslly.But if wife get salary but less than her husbands salary and husband live royal life in that setuation wife also entitiled for same status of life. And wife can demanding maintainance to her husband

Q: Police is not helping us and we are in very tension.

Police is not supporting us. Police is not doing inquiry. We asked for police to give us CDR of suspect but they gave us a empty detail. Police arrested suspects brother but police leave him without giving information about "who released him." police is not behaving well. We think that police is taking money from suspect or his supporters.

you are not specified which police station you filed complain and under which provision also what offence commited by the accused.However if police officer are not investigation Properlly you can go to higher authority like DSP, SP or police commissioner etc.and then after you did not get results you can to to the court.

Q: Court Marriage Froad With Girl

I have an engaged with one girl and after some time i heared that she was already married with one boy in court. When i asked to her about this issue, she replied that the boy cheated with her and she was totally unknown, how he do all the procedure and finally he take sign on form without her awareness. I would like to ask that is it possible to do court marriage without her permission and responsiblity of court and marriage registar, and also i would like to ask that lawayer can use any trick to do like this froad. Please reply me I am awaiting your valuable reply. Our cast is Hindu Brammin.

marriage registration is a procedure after complication of marriage, marriage registrar can not register any marriage without consent of the parties.in special marriage both parties declared on oath before marriage registrar in present of three witnesses hence no marriage done without consent of the parties

Q: Wife died wants to marry again how to file for divorce

Hello, myself. I'm Hindu and I'm widower my wife died last year's month of June after one year I decided to give myself another chance because I've one son too so with his permission I did second marriage with a lady who was divorced.In starting all things were going but she suddenly said she doesn't want to live in my house because of some reasons we(me and my family) try to compromise but she kept stick to her decision so finally we also decided to get divorce but now she is asking for some amount of money and let me tell you sir/mam that we've been in married life for just 27 days !!!! I want to know that can a lady ask for money just after 27 days of marriage? And if yes then what should I do to get rid off it?

You are not clarified age about your son, she can not force you for leave your son if your son is minor or if your son is major but unmarried.If you want your wife comeback to your home you can give a legal notice and called. If faild notice, you can file petition for restitution of conjugal right in the court.If you want only divorce you have one option go through Legal way and file divorce petition in the court But if your wife is unable to mentanansion her self you can liable for her maintainance but in your circumstances court can give you some liberty, but not sure.

Q: How to remove encroachment in public road of agricultural land

 I have purchased the land of agricultural and now I am doing the farming. But. Some farmers encroachment in the public road which is connected with my agricultural land. I wish to go legal way to remove Encroachment in the road. Please suggest me what to do for legal remedy for this?

First you get information about official road for your agricultural land. Get plan from district land record (DLR)then after go to Mamlatdar and give a complain against the farmers which have encroached road.
