You shall have to file child custody suit in the court where your child live. you can submit the agreement of mutual divorce after that court may give the custody of child in favour of you. the child custody suit only file in such court where the child live

Custody order is not required if it has been clearly mentioned in Mutual divorce order by the judge. further your wife can give declaration and get this verified by District Magistrate. Normal custody order through court will take minimum 3 -4 months.
