Dear Sir Madam One boy proposed me for marriage took wrong advantage of marriage word and started loving conversation false promises on watsapp and took my nude photos and distributed in frnds and cheated me very badly done marriage to other women suddenly on 20 January. Kindly provide me justice including my conditions asap. 1. to file a divorce with his wife. 2. To pressurize him to marry me 3. To meet me asap [email protected]

As you told that you met a boy through a marriage platform and then you started talking to him and started sending messages on WhatsApp and you also sent him some of your photos which he shared with his friends and started dating you. What after marriage but he cheating with youThe leader married you and then stopped even talking to you and you want action against him that he divorces his wife and marries you, then for this first of all you will have to file a case against him under IT Act and IPC 376. You will be able to succeed

in such a situation madam you may file case of 354D and other various section against the that boy who asked to you to provide such photos and started black mailing to you. moreover you have file a separate cyber complaint against him so that the photos may not be circulated to other person.

Hello ma'am, it's a very horrible with u. why u take trust on that boy without knowing him? u never meet him, only wattsapp call or MSG's is ur trust? u have no time so collect all ur evidence and meet the lady police officer of ur area. or mahila Thana s.o is suitable for this.
