Q: Can bank file a case of cheque bounce for the security cheque

I have a personal loan from a private bank. Due to financial crisis I stopped paying emis after 2 and half years. Bank used one security cheque and withdrawal from my A/c linked for Emi's. I put stop payment on other security cheques. In this case if bank try to withdraw and security cheque get dishonoured, do it falls under criminal offence of cheque bouncing in this scenario? Please advise.

Q: Can society make temple in park which was not mentioned in plan

Some people want to construct a temple in society park ..there is no temple mentioned in society plans..moreover the place they are choosing is very near to my house and it will create trouble for me as I am professionally employed and doing work from home..also there will be no space left out for children to play in park.one more thing majority of society members are in favour of construction of temple.kindly guide what to do?

Q: Car damaged after payment of token money

Hi, I had finalized the deal for a used car and paid 35000 token money 3 weeks back to the seller. We had not entered into any agreement. Due to some personal reasons, I requested seller to keep the car for 2 more weeks. Now,when I have come to pick up the car, I see that it is significantly damaged and need expense of Rs. 60k-70k. The seller is asking me to pay as he was keeping the car on my request. WHO SHOULD BE PAYING THE DAMAGE AND CAN I ASK FOR FULL REFUND OF MY 35000??

Q: College not returning the documents after cancelled admission

A nursing college not providing any written document about its terms and policy at the time of admission.. And submits document of student at the time of admission as there is no more choice.. Now student want to opt out this institution even before starting of session and demanding his document.. College is not giving.. What is rule for that.. Does nursing college of gnm course comes under the university grant commission(UGC)?
