Can I file to void my marriage

I am Hindu girl. I got married before 4years. But we are not having any relationship in between and he is not ready to give divorce. Even he never forced me to have any physical relationship. We are living together but in two different rooms.
What to do in this case. Please help. How can I take a step legally.

You can file divorce case in court for which you will have to consult a lawyer who will file case for you. Your case is fit to get divorce, but for this you will have to give any do proof of your marriage. If he has not made sexual relationship and avoiding you then this is good case to get divorce . pls. consult fir the legal action for needful.

first, we have to determine for how long has there been no physical or emotional relationship. you can file for divorce in the court within your jurisdiction even if he is not ready for the same and the same will be decided on merits

In this regard, i advice you to file for the dissolution of marriage on the grounds of cruelty as against your husband. You have to under stand that the cruelty can be of two types Mental and physical cruelty. Therefore, your marriage not being consummated will lead to cruelty being inflicted on you by your husband. Moreover, your spouse withdrawing from sexual acts with you will also result in cruelty. Do not file for annulment of marriage under Section 12 1 c as then you wont be getting good maintenance (as per the current practice of the courts). For further clarifications, please contact.
