Can I file a divorce case anywhere other than my parents and husband's home district? As in that condition both place will not safe for me. My husband is from haryana and my parents are from up. Can i file case from delhi or allahabad ? As some of my friends are living thr. Currently i don't have any resident proof of delhi or allahabad but i will stay ther after leaving my husband's house. Please suggest me the correct way.
hello mam yes tou can file yhe case in delhi also but in tht case you have full fill the documentry things after that you can do it .
as you are saying your inlaws place as well as your parents place is not safe for you as you are saying .in these conditions you need to tell all these things in you petitions.

mam u can file in Delhi on the basis of preparing A rent agreement of any of your friends property and it will be considered legal and it will be considered as you are living at that place and on basis of that you can file divorce petition
