If the wife is still alive, that will be part of her stridhan property and husband will have no claim on the same - if the jewelry is with the husband and wife is no longer living then he can include it in his will

Yes he can claim since he had purchased long back and his self acquired property as he purchased long back he can claim it in will. Since in our law gold would be the movable property which is purchased on cash.

marriage expenses were done by husband family out of own free will
all gold and other ornaments received by you whether from husband or your parents is your streedhan
file for divorce on grounds of mental cruelty as it is doubtful your husband will agree for divorce by mutual consent unless you pay the marriage expenses if you want to stay in your matrimonial home then you can file DV case and seek maintenance and other reliefs
