Can a reply be sent to the court from USA

06-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
US citizen residing in Noida filed divorce in Noida court. I (respondent) reside in USA, can not come or hire a lawyer. Two hearing dates gone without anyone representing me. 1. Can I send a reply to court from USA? 2. would my no response be taken negatively by court? 3. would divorce be granted in my absence?

Under which provision the USA citizen filed Divorce petition here in the Indian Court. But any how as Court has taken cognizance over the Divorce Petition. There is a probability that the Court can allow the Divorce Petition.
Thank you

It is not necessary for you to stay in India until the case gets over. You can execute a Special Power of attorney in favour of another person after the presentation of the plaint. But for giving evidence, it is critical that you come to India. For a mutual consent divorce, you need to be present on the day of judgment too.

if you or any one has received a notice from court on your behalf then you have to be present before the court further it will be clarified after seeing the papers that at what stage is ur case is whether its a mutual divorce yes if u will not appear then ur case will get slightly weak.
