Hi,
If you have already paid for whatever furniture she got, then you shall not return it and tell the Hon'ble Court about the same. Can you tell if it is a mutual divorce or divorce through court? Further, i need to see what settlement deed has been arrived at if it is a mutual divorce.
For more information feel free to have a word with me. All the best.

Regarding your query. If you have the requisite proof to show that purchases were made from your account, then its favourable to you.

In any case, since it is a mutual consent divorce, it is not mandated by Court as to how you divide the assets, its more of a bartering system in place. Your advocate along with the opposing side's advocate will hammer out a deal which is mutually beneficial to both parties.
