Apply for divorce within 1 year of marriage

I got married on last January 2020.but my husband's family hide that he is having one types of fits..he s also not mentally stable.w 6 months only over...can I able to apply for divorce nw? Or I want to want for 1 year to apply

but as per law husband n wife need to be together for 1 years for divorce process.

Ground under cruelty
For filling divorce petition there is no time limit

Cruelty is the most commonly used ground.... been defined in the Hindu Marriage Act. Crulety can be physical or metal be considered as a ground of Cruelty and you can file a divorce and for filling divorce petition there is no time limit. you cannot apply for divorce within one year but you can proceed for mental disability in the ground of null and void that we can filed at any time before one year only one choice that you can proceed null and void only

You can apply for a divorce number claiming that the marriage was performed under fraud and the fact that tour husband did not have the mental capacity to make a sound decision. it all depends on what form of evidences you will be able to provide to me to prove it before the court of law.
