sir, meri biwi mujhe maintenance file ki aur 1 june ko judge ne 6000 monthly rakh diya magar mera problem ye h 1. mujhe mere wakil dwara koi date ki information nhi diya gya. mein apni wife pr pehle divorce case file kiya tha kyunki wo mujhme 498a aur mar-pit ka case laga di thi. aur usse lane pr bhi 2 month baad chali gyi. divorce me bhi usse leke aaya tha pr usne mujh per ek aur case daal diya. 2.kya mujhe high court pr apeel ya revision pr koi maintenance kam ho sakta h, kyunki me student hun? aur mera income sirf 8000 per month h. 3. sir mujhe apeel or revision file krne ke liye kitna month ka time milega. 1 jun ko maintenance bandhaya pr mujhe koi notice nhi mila.aur maintenance case abhi court me chal hi rha h mera
