Adulterous wife eliminate from my life

I caught my wife into an extra marital affair. I have her romantic chats as well as some witness who can support me. I want to give her divorce without any alimony and not willing to take custody of my 6 months old daughter as well. I have my own house. Guide me how can I achieve this and if she tries to enter can I forcefully evict her to leave my house?

Adultery is a valid ground for seeking a contested divorce decree in your favour. your wife may file a domestic violence case and may seek residence rights in your house, unless you file a divorce case first. There are some other prerequisites you will have to follow if your parents are alive. As far as custody of the child goes, you will have to maintain the child but need not take his custody. If there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. first make a complaint in the police station
the file a complaint case under 200 crpc in court
then file a divorce
