Q: Termination after taking original documents

A school in Delhi called me on and said to join from next day as they took my interview, demo and written test before. And next day I went at that school and School made me wait for whole day and at the end they again sent me for demo but they told me before on the call that it will be your joining day.. Later, they told me to bring original docs. On the next day 20th of July, I gave my original documents to them and after sometime they gave me at timetable to teach the students. Till

Q: Recovery of increments paid to me for last 5 fiv years.

I am an ASO in ministry. There is a service condition that one has to pass typing test to gain increments. I had given typing test in 2017 and my administration has given increments. Now that I am going to be posted to another department, my adminsitration wants to recover 7 increments as I had not passed the typing test. Since my adminisration has already given the increments, I had assumed I have passed it. If they had stopped one increment, I would have sit for retest which is not possible.

Hi, You may file an appropriate complaint before the CAT. Please provide appropriate details so that we can understand the case in a better manner to suggest you more remedies as per law. Also, did the department gave you any letter that time that the exam wasnt cleared by you?

I have not been promoted to next rank from subader to subadar Major for last two consecutive year I e 2021 & 2022..

Q: BUILDER NOT GIVING POSSESSION OF LAND AFTER FATHER PASSING AWAY

My dad passed away an year back. He had bought a land in haridwar and paid the full amount. Only registry was pending. No I went to the builder to register it on my mother\'s name but the builder is making excuses that there are some error in their ledger account and they cannot verify it. It\'s been a month and they are not registering the property. What action can be done?

Hi! you may send them a legal notice. You may further file a case before Consumer Commission for delay. Consumer commission will also grant you compensation for the period of delay. I have been dealing with consumer cases since past 8 years.

Q: College provided with a fake degree

Sir \nI did a 3 year degree from a college, and after receiving the degree I came to know that it is fake, so where can I file a case and what action can i take. \nI dont have enough money as I am still a student, i have heard about consumer court but still confused about if they take cases against educational institute.
