Is it possible to take out a duplicate copy of maintenance to father on the basis of date of issue of orders as i have lost it

Q: To stop the our uncle to go for sale deed registration

My mother and both expired and we were very in the younger age did not know the procedures and uncle got our rights by the way of Relinquishment deed and now he has entered into Agreement Sell with third party.please let me know how and where to complaint to stop that sale deed

Q: How to get maintenance in 3 years old case

I have been married for 5years now and fighting for my rights for the last 3 yrs. but court is not supporting me in any manner. I am unwell lady. Suffering with dangerous diseases as well. My husband came in court after 3yrs in divorce case. Now he is saying that he is unemployed which is 100% lie.. His intention not to pay single penny but I need money for my medicine and basic needs. I have changed 3 lawyers so far but none of them was capable to win my case. They all were liars , gold diggers. Not even a single genuine lawyer I think is there. My father purchase property through unregistered GPA, SA, Affidavit, Payment Receipt. From baba ji in year 1989. Is it valid title?

Yes it is a valid title or sale deed notarise sale this is valid if it is of before 2012 after 2012 it is mandatory that are sealed it should be registered sealed it registered before 2012 or valid title document

Q: Final Round Of Meditation Failed In Nanakpura CAW Cell Headquarter

My wife filed a case against me in the CAW cell where the last round of mediation finished without any result please guide me with the following questions:- (1) How much time will it take to get FIR registered after a failed mediation session and is there any other option for us which is open before Registration of FIR (2) we already gave written complaint to Reside police station and intimate them that she threatened us that she will file a false case of dowry against us very soon and after some time she did same is that complaint help us in stopping FIR registration. (3) can we meet ACP for this matter, If yes than how and what is the procedure for that

Answer 1 Basically police can register FIR immediately when complainant approached to the police station but in matrimonial cases like 498 A and other matrimonial offences police generally do not file FIR in that case an application is filed under section 156 subsection three of CRPC before the MM for giving direction police to file the FIR this is a time-consuming process other than that the girl can file domestic violence case against youAnswer 2 That complaint can't help you in stopping the registration of FIR but in future if the FIR is register that can help you somehow little in evidence Answer 3 Yes you can meet ACP for this and as asked by you what is the process there is no law regarding this you can just go visit to the ACP office and meet him or her other than that you can give your written submission to him
