About falls 498a and DV case filed by my daughter in law( सून)

Can women file D.V case in matrimonial place and 498A in parental area which is 80 km away. She filed cases after getting notice of divorce petition. I HAVE FILE divorce petition after all major steps failed to call her back.

As per law there are no hurdles but so far when matter comes to hearing these fake cases dosen't get prove. But if suppose she wants to register she can. At the time of filing your statement you can file the same things before investigation officer.

hi in this case if the fir is registered then you have to apply for anticipatory bail application immediately after you obtain bail you have to approach the high court for the quashing of the same domestic violence case can also be quashed in the high court

Yes, she can file. You apply for anticipatory bail application before the concerned court immediately. Further if you have cogent evidences, you can file quashing petition before the High Court also in respect of FIR & DV also.

Yes, a Woman can file a Zero FIR for the Crimes Commited against her. Moreover, She can file DV Case either in her Parental area or in the area here her Husband's Home is . Same goes with the applicability of Sec 498A Case of IPC. She can file it either in the area of her Parental Home or in the area of her Matrimonial Home.

Yes she can file her case anywhere convenient for her. But you need not worry as to you have enough case laws where you can prove she has filed those cases after getting notice to harass you. However you can file NC against her in police station.
