my case 498a is at rohini court and my husband has filed divorse case. i would like to withdraw my casw with out of court settlement way. please suggest if that is possible without have out of court settlement document. or what are the documents required to close
hello mam as i can see ur issue i can see ur issue in this matter you need to use high court juridiction as to close the case. as it is a criminal case so it have procedure to close it. i am noy aware tht why you wish to close the case but you need to tell reason to coutt.

In case you both have arrived at some settlement and have agreed to cohabit or in alternativ taking divorce by mutual consent, you should get a settlement deed prepared, once all the cases are withdrawn as to dv case, 125 crpc and divorce, the only remedy is to move to the High Court for quashing of the FIR.

If 498A has been registered and proceedings have been started, then it would be quashed by the High Court only and there is no way to withdraw the 498-A case out of the case.
