I am Srinivas and have received a recqarz legal notice from Areness Attorneys on behalf of SBI Cards. Is this notice legal? The notice includes a schedule for a video conferencing meeting with a link. I have not paid my credit card bills for the past five months due to job loss and cannot afford to settle the card. How should I proceed? Can you guide me on whether I should attend the video conference?

I did not take these loans, and the phone number associated with these loans on CIBIL is not mine. It shows Bablu Verma on Truecaller, and I am unable to contact this company to rectify the issue. Please advise on what steps to take in this case regarding Kisetsu Saison Finance, including whether it is real or fake and concerns about their loan app.

My tenant wants to change the mode of payment of rent from his sole proprietor account and make the payments from one of his partnership accounts. The Lease agreement is between the landlord (an individual) and the tenant( a sole proprietor ). Can we take rent payment from the partnership firm which has partners more than the tenant. If yes kindly update the process and document for addendum of lease agreement.

Q: Virtual courts challan proceeding status pending - what should I do?

I was issued a challan by a traffic policeman, and notified that I would get a link to pay the same over email. I haven't received any link yet. My challan pending in virtual court. When I log into virtual courts using challan number, the status is "proceedings of challan yet to be completed" - do I need to physically go to court to dispose this?

Q: I don't want to give divorce because of my 3 yr kid

I don't want to give divorce because of my 3 year old kid, but my wife is not ready and She wants to get divorced. She has moved to her parents house to Punjab so it's not even possible for me to visit or see my child easily. How can I stop the divorce from happening? I really don't want to go through the divorce and get separated from my child. Her moving to a different city will anyways make it very difficult for me to meet my child.
