My tenant wants to change the mode of payment of rent from his sole proprietor account and make the payments from one of his partnership accounts. The Lease agreement is between the landlord (an individual) and the tenant( a sole proprietor ). Can we take rent payment from the partnership firm which has partners more than the tenant. If yes kindly update the process and document for addendum of lease agreement.

She has moved to her parents house to Punjab so it's not even possible for me to visit or see my child easily. How can I stop the divorce from happening?
