Q: My tenant wants to change the mode of payment of rent
My tenant wants to change the mode of payment of rent from his sole proprietor account and make the payments from one of his partnership accounts. The Lease agreement is between the landlord (an individual) and the tenant( a sole proprietor ). Can we take rent payment from the partnership firm which has partners more than the tenant. If yes kindly update the process and document for addendum of lease agreement.

I was issued a challan by a traffic policeman, and notified that I would get a link to pay the same over email. I haven't received any link yet. My challan pending in virtual court. When I log into virtual courts using challan number, the status is "proceedings of challan yet to be completed" - do I need to physically go to court to dispose this?

Q: I don't want to give divorce because of my 3 yr kid
I don't want to give divorce because of my 3 year old kid, but my wife is not ready and She wants to get divorced. She has moved to her parents house to Punjab so it's not even possible for me to visit or see my child easily. How can I stop the divorce from happening? I really don't want to go through the divorce and get separated from my child. Her moving to a different city will anyways make it very difficult for me to meet my child.
