In which cities can I file a domestic violence case under 12 dv act

You can File DV in following places: 1. Place where the domestic violence has occurred, it could be different places as well. 2. Place where wife or female is living. 3. Place where husband is living or the person who has done violence is living.

in domestic violence act case no need to find special jurisdiction. where complainant have residing at present then there can file this case. no need to live the place where domestic violence done with that agreived person.

there are many options to file dv act case 1 where you live in present 2 if you are working then the court where you are working 3 where your husband live 4 where your merriage done. 5 where you live after merriage

Good morning, u have two options first is ur inlaws city or second is ur myka. it's depends on u, which city u choose. if u feel fear from ur husband or inlaws then go to ur father's house and file a domestic violence case.
