Hello sir/mam , my mother account was frozen by cybercrime due to trail freeze and there was lien of amount 20k rs , i called respective police station regarding freeze and told them csr number ( that i got from bank ) , after that they told me there is some complaint of 20k rs , i said there is no amount recieved my bank related to complainant name , they told me it's frozen due to trail freeze and gave me you reference number, that day i asked them on call how to unfreeze it they told me return the amount to complainant they told me to send them email regarding i am ready to pay 20k back to victim then they sent me account no and IFSC code of victim then i returned 20k ( i got loss) to victim after that i called them they told me they will write email to bank for defreeze and based upon bank , it will be unfreeze in 1 or 2 days but already 1 day gone my account is not unfreezed i have all call recordings and email records what should I do now sir ?
