Need Information regarding freezing of my bank account by the police.

I trade Bitcoins on a website called Paxful. A person bought bitcoins from me and paid me online to my bank account. I have sent him the bitcoins too. Now I think he has complained to the police and has had my bank account frozen. The account was frozen 15 days from current date and hasn't been unfrozen yet. How do I get it unfrozen? I do not wish to receive any notices as letters sent to my address. What steps can i take further? I have complete proof of transactions. Please guide. Thank you.

Please enquire from your bank why the account has been freezed as you don't know for sure if it's been done by the police. Police cannot give orders for freezing to the bank so it has to be a court order. If it's a court order then you need to attend court and have the freeze cancelled or revoked - you'll get the case details in the Order. My advice is to visit the bank and find out on whose order they have done this and you'll then know what's the next step.

1. there should be FIR against with cyber crime police under various charges.

2. only after looking at the complaint and FIR, i would able to find the grounds to unfreeze the account.

3. pls discuss with cyber crime lawyer.

My account was frozen . But no FIRand I thank some person complaint me district superintendent police office. What I do some layers asking lots off fees 20k 10k please helping me ... I'm in tamilnadu
