Banks not giving order or copy of the notice and my rights

24-Mar-2024 (In Cyber Crime Law)
For cyber crime cases when bank accounts are put on debit freeze by investigating authorities police banks are always reluctant to share the copy of the notice. I want to know what are my rights to obtain this ? Under what provisions I can held bank liable for the same and damage they are causing by the delay of this. It is often after complaint is launched to RBI ombudsman bank so it but time is lost.

If your account has been debit frozen, then the bank does not give you any notice, instead you have to go to the bank yourself and find out the things related to your account that how your account has been debit frozen because whenever any fraud happens from your account or any person files a complaint on your bank account, then your account gets frozen, information of which you can get from your bank and you can get your account unfrozen by going to cyber cell.
