यदि प्रॉपर्टी की रजिस्ट्री में वास्तविक नाम के स्थान पर घर पर प्रचलित/बुलाने वाला नाम दर्ज हो गया है, तो उसे संशोधित कराया जा सकता है। इसके लिए संबंधित उप-निबंधक कार्यालय में नाम सुधार (Rectification/Correction Deed) हेतु आवेदन देना होगा। आधार कार्ड, पहचान पत्र, पूर्व रजिस्ट्री की प्रति एवं शपथ-पत्र के साथ यह बताया जाता है कि दोनों नाम एक ही व्यक्ति के हैं। यदि निबंधक कार्यालय से सुधार संभव न हो, तो सक्षम सिविल न्यायालय में नाम सुधार हेतु वाद दायर कर डिक्री प्राप्त की जा सकती है, जिसके आधार पर रिकॉर्ड में सही नाम दर्ज कराया जाएगा।

Based on the facts stated, the amount has been put on Layer-2 hold by the Cyber Cell only for investigation and not because you are declared an accused.Steps you should take:Preserve all documents – transaction history, withdrawal proof, gaming app wallet statement, KYC, bank statement, and communication with the gaming platform.Submit a written representation to the concerned Cyber Crime Police Station / Centralised Cyber Cell, Chitradurga, clearly stating that you are only a player, the money is your own withdrawal, and you have no link with any fraudulent activity.Request de-freezing/unhold of the amount by explaining that the transaction is legitimate and supported by records.If no action is taken, you may approach the jurisdictional Magistrate Court by filing an appropriate application seeking release of money, annexing all proof.Cooperate with investigation and avoid further online gaming activities.Generally, once verification is complete and no fraud linkage is found, Layer-2 amounts are released.

हाँ, धारा 116 के अंतर्गत बँटवारा (Partition) अंतिम रूप से हो जाने के बाद भी नये नियमों के अंतर्गत अभिलेख (खसरा-खतौनी) एवं नक्शे में संशोधन कराया जा सकता है, लेकिन यह स्वतः नहीं होता। इसके लिए सक्षम राजस्व अधिकारी (तहसीलदार/उप जिलाधिकारी) के समक्ष अलग से प्रार्थना-पत्र/वाद प्रस्तुत करना होता है।यदि बँटवारे के बाद नाम, रकबा, सीमांकन, या नक्शे में कोई त्रुटि रह गई हो, या अमलदराम (Implementation) सही प्रकार से नहीं हुआ हो, तो राजस्व अभिलेखों के संशोधन हेतु आवेदन दिया जा सकता है। अधिकारी यह देखेगा कि संशोधन मात्र अभिलेखीय त्रुटि सुधार का है या बँटवारे के स्वरूप को बदलने का प्रयास है।ध्यान रहे, अंतिम बँटवारे को चुनौती देने के लिए अलग वैधानिक उपाय (अपील/पुनरीक्षण/न्यायालय) का सहारा लेना पड़ता है, केवल संशोधन की कार्यवाही से मूल आदेश बदला नहीं जा सकता।

If your account is lien, then you should approach the cyber cell to find out which cyber cell has lien and frozen your account. Why is a lien imposed? If there is an unauthorized transaction from your account, only then will a lien be imposed on the account.
