Wrongful dismissal from services

A NBFC company dismissed me for the service where domestic enquiry conducted by company. Enquiry doesn't follow principles of natural justice then what to do in the suitation.

for this situation it is best for you that you should send legal notice through advocate to the company afterwards you may file suit against the company in the labour court for further information you can connect with me

You must contact a competent Advocate practicing in the area of Labour and Employment Laws. He/She will guide you appropriately regarding the strategy as per facts and circumstances of your case. Prima facie, if the domestic enquiry conducted by the company didn't follow the principles of natural justice, it will be set aside by the competent Industrial Tribunal/Court as per your employement contract.

You can come Hon'ble High Court Lucknow for relief I'II provide relief on your legal matter. Company will not dismiss without notice. Kindly send notes which was issued earlier. If company is guilty than you reinstate.
