A NBFC company dismissed me for the service where domestic enquiry conducted by company. Enquiry doesn't follow principles of natural justice then what to do in the suitation.

Quashing in FIR and chargesheet filed under section 34,409 IPC and 66 c,d Of IT Act against two accused . Accused no. 1 chargesheet on the basis of extra judicial confessions statement of accused but there no direct evidence against accused one . Can the FIR be quashed or not on Lucknow bench High court

This application contains a copy of the FIR and Chargesheet as an Annexure. You may also attach a copy of trial court orders in the concerned case, any evidence of your innocence. A copy of ID card of deponent, and signed vakalatnama is also required to be attached with this application.
