Dear Client, It's a duty of your council to explain all of that which relates to your pending case anyway as per our understanding, your council is talking about regular bail but for that you should surrender before court and for few days you will be in Jail then you will get regular bail on other side if you want to pursue Anticipatory Baul then no need to surrender you should challenge that Chargesheet before High Court and get stay order.
