Row house, ground floor wife staying, 1st and 2nd floor in my possession but I am staying in different city..wife and father in law threatening to share key of 1st and 2nd floor within a week else he will break open the locks.

My neighbour manhandled with me, verbally abused me , threatning and staring me continuously whenever he sees me. I want to lodge complaint because i have threat from him.

Q: Sexual assault by boyfriend one and a half year back

My boyfriend sexually assaulted me by forcefully putting his penis between my buttocks and rubbing it despite me saying no. He stopped only when I pushed him away. This was one and a half years back, can I complain now? Also brief me the steps please.

Q: bail of husband in 304 b while marriage past 3 month only, FIR shows

how it possible bail of husband when wife is died in 3 month after marriage, PM report shows throtling but it is not done by husband actually. bail of sas,sasur,nand already done by highcourt.
