when personal bonds is submitted in the court

16-Jul-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Please advise. The honorable judge in his order has given that FIR in the present case is of the year 2015 and dispute appears to be of civil in nature also, no case of custodial interrogation made out, therefore, in these facts and circumstances, without prejudice to merits of case, applicants in the event of arrest be released on anticipatory bail on their furnishing of personal bonds in the sum of RS. 15000. With one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of IO/ SHO concerned. Applicants are directed to join investigation as and when required by the IO. Applications disposed off accordingly. Please advise do we have to furnish these bonds of 15000 now. Or if we are arrested than we have to give these personal bonds. Please please guide on this.

Look you won't be arrested in case of arrest you have to give personal bond of the amount mentioned which means if after release on bail if you abscond then the court will recover the amount from you further more court has asked you to produce a surity that means a person who knows you well and has control on you if you abscond he gurantee your presence in court on if he con not then he will have to pay the amount.

it seems like you have applied for an anticipatory bail and as the judge has given his order it is quite clear from it that you have to furnish the personal bond only when you get arrested so as of now you only have to join the investigation and help the police. for further assistance contact me
