Q: Can I apply for government job after being accused of 306

I am accused of 306. And I am married recently. I've completed my BE could you please let me know if i can apply for the government job? If I can, in what sector or department?

Q: Divorce after 5 years of separation and custody of child

I ran away from my marriage with my 8 year old son, literally to save our lives. I had been suffering since 13 years in the marriage but could not muster the courage earlier. it has been 5 years since I have been away and I have been trying for divorce by Mutual consent to no avail. Mediation lasted for a year and failed. How can I get a divorce and son's legal custody? My son stays with me, and I take care of him completely. I do not need any alimony, only clear divorce. What are my options? The Marriage wasn't registered but falls under the Hindu Marriage Act

if your husband is not willing to give you divorce on mutual consent then you have to file nd contest a divorce on ground of cruelty and also have to contest for your sons custody that is the only other remedy which is available to you in present situation rest we can discuss it if you give other details

Q: Cheated by agent for taking admission through managment quota.

I paid an agent for admission in MBA college through management quota but he could not get me in the college and now he is not paying the amount back. What remedy do I have against him and if I proceed against him legally by filing an FIR will it affect me as a student to paying an agent to get admission. Is paying amount for getting admission in college a crime as per law?

although management quota admission is allowed in colleges but as you are going through an outside channel it will surely not right but still you can file a case of cheating against that person by showing some other grounds nd purpose for which you gave him the money nd he run away with it. but for all other wayouts you have to give me all other details nd contact me

Goodmorning Few months back I got engaged. He is a permanent resident of Canada . After engagement he asked me to come to Canada by my own or on study basis . He denied for spouse visa after marriage . My family told their family that we can’t send our daughter without spouse visa. Without breaking the engagement they started looking for another girl on a matrimonial website. When my friend was searching a groom for herself , she saw his profile . What legal proceedings I can do?

How can i get rid from maintaince for my wife order by court tht is 8k m nt able to pay tht amount .. m vry much in tension .. What shall I do?

Sir, firstly it needs to be known that whether the interim maintenance has been granted under 125 Cr.p.c or under 24 HMA. If it has been granted under 125, revision u/s 397 r/w 401 would lie. But if it under S.24 HMA then your remedy will be different, you will have to approach the High court nd file a writ against it u/s 226 of constitution of India
