Whats Happen After Bank Manager Gets Jail Sentences

If bank manager convicted for 5 years for cheating .after his jail sentences completed can he joined again as manager or he was dismissed.
he could be dismissed from the service. because as per CGC rules if any conviction was made the employee must be removed from services. the removal coul be challenged by way of appeals to the authority. removal is confirmed
