what to do if wife has lodged false FIR in IPC 377 and IPC 376

My wife has tried to Kill my Mother at 8th July by Hammer so we have logged a fir in 308 on wife name still charge sheet is not summited by I.O and my wife is serving a 41A notice but in NOV- 2023 she has give a complaint to Mahila police station in fake Allegation on Trippel talaq and IPC 377 and IPC 376 on my brother name

You must challenge the FIR under Article 226 of the CoI before the concerned high court for it's quashing. False allegations in an FIR do not amount to offence unless proved in the court of law. It is your Fundamental Right enshrined in the Constitution to file a Writ petition before the HC.

in this case firstly take the bail from the concerned court after that discussed the Investigating officer to remove all unneccessory sections against you and your family. in these cases when wife filled the false allegation then court understood and grant the bail
