Dear Sir,
If FIR is not issued by Police then get file private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C and get referred to Police under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C for various offences. The Police are bound to issue FIR when it is referred through the Magistrate. You may approach prosecution department to assign your criminal case to any intelligent another special public prosecutor alternatively you may engage private advocate by filing application under Section 302 of Cr.P.C.

you can apply for certified copies of the fir through rti application and when it comes for public prosecutor you can't ask for only lady lawyers as it depends who will be serving as lawyer in that jurisdiction police station

Human being is a social animal as such he must have some friends either to support him or otherwise. The Police always supports the robbers. If Police are not supporting you then you have to find out alternative ways like filing private complaint or approaching Higher Police officers etc. Definitely you will get justice or shift your residence from loan place to an apartment where security is extended.

Hello You can approach High rank police officer or you can approach magistrate court under Sec. 156 (3) of CrPC. Missing complaint must be registered immediately by the police. you need to write all complaints to high rank police.
