Unable to get fir from police station. Unable to find a good government lady lawyer.
Dear Sir,
If FIR is not issued by Police then get file private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C and get referred to Police under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C for various offences. The Police are bound to issue FIR when it is referred through the Magistrate. You may approach prosecution department to assign your criminal case to any intelligent another special public prosecutor alternatively you may engage private advocate by filing application under Section 302 of Cr.P.C.

you can apply for certified copies of the fir through rti application and when it comes for public prosecutor you can't ask for only lady lawyers as it depends who will be serving as lawyer in that jurisdiction police station
